Social media has been a major aspect of my life in recent years. Everyone appears to be addicted to the Instagram font. I\'d say I spend 80% of my time checking my notifications and inbox. As a result, work/study efficiency is greatly impacted. My friends and I are attempting to reduce our instagram usage in order to devote more time to outside activities. We used to be happier without TV, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Using social media in the right way has a lot of advantages.
