I have known Damian now for just under 2 years. He has been helping me develop my own business. Damian really inspires me with his ideas and knowledge of business. I really feel like in the last 2 years my business has grown thanks to Damian and all his help. As a Mentor he really listens to all of my ideas and suggestions and I feel so much more confident. His passionate about his own functional area whilst showing a clear understanding of the broader business requirements helps me in so many ways.

Damian was a guest speaker for me at two of the MBA residential courses on entrepreneurship over the summer of 2018. He was highly responsive to the course requirements and spent a significant amount of time and effort ensuring that both delivery style and content were appropriate for this high-maintenance group of students. He was engaging, absolutely on top of his game, and thoroughly professional, An absolute delight to work with and a colleague I will be more than happy to go back to in planning future intensive student activities.

Moving from a buzzing design studio to self-employment designing, making and selling my own bespoke dancewear, Damian’s support and guidance over the last two years has played a vital part in helping me make the transition. His incisive and empathetic style, combined with understanding the right questions to ask, has proven very constructive and thought provoking. Our sessions have helped me to become focused and, as a result, I have gathered a strong client base over the last year. Since working with Damian, my dream of running my own small design studio has since become a reality… I am now in a position where I can focus on business growth and taking White Letter to the next level.
