"From meeting Ann at the Northern Design Centre, we seemed to share the same values of creating exceptional experiences for our customers. I asked Ann if she would come and see our company with a view to working together on our strategic plan for 2017/18. The meeting was staggered over two sessions, one to get an initial feel for our company the second to involve the in house marketing team and brand manager in the development of the mind map. This session was a real eye opener as we were able to review what we had and what we could do in the future it made us look at everything with different eyes, we looked at all of the aspects of the business and were able to then prioritise all of our great ideas into an order of importance.
