Be-Smart Solutions Ltd based in Peterlee, was founded in 2007, by Jim Box. With recent expansion, the team brings high quality product design solutions in a full committed manner, delivering engineering excellence to every project. Offering an extensive range of product development service and knowledge including: Lighting, Electronic Packaging, Electro-mechanical, Plastics & Composites, Sheet metal, Castings & Extruded products.

With over 20 years of experience, under a number of world leading companies in Computer Aided Design /Manufacturing Industry, we are able to process this knowledge and expertise into cost effective design solutions.

The service we provide enables clients to have flexible resources when required. Not only providing professional CAD services, onsite facilities of 3D printing and 3D scanning is also available. We offer practical solutions to our 3D printing service, printing parts measured up to 285.4mm x 270.4mm x 230mm.

With our specialise team; we aim to work closely with start-ups to medium size businesses across the UK, listening carefully to their requirements and working together to create great designs. Designs include Creative Digital Design and Branding.

The Bubbly Bauble

The Bubbly Bauble is an original and thoughtful gift that will earn lasting gratitude. It is cleverly designed to showcase the cork that released the Champagne bubbles in celebration of one of life's big events. We created not only the visual product from start to end but also the simple and effective packaging that accompanies the bauble.

Medical Equipment

Be-Smart Solutions has took original concept from UK Haptics, redeveloped and engineered the product around a new electronics package to be more compact and comfortable to use whilst maintaining the key functions of the product.

Tac Mic

The C-C633-4VPX radio controller is one of the many projects that we have completed. Our expertise within Be-Smart Solutions Ltd enabled us to create the outer housing of the radio controller. In the creation of this, certain factors were considered such as the Ingress progress, Temperature capabilities but also meeting Military Standards.

RIGRULE

Rigrule Ltd. based in Norfolk, UK, found in February 2015, to introduce two new own brand products for the Oil and Gas Industry. Rigrule® is an easy to use, easy to read, lightweight and robust rule with industry recognised formulas, listed clearly on the reverse side. The rule can be stored in a custom designed Rigrule® tally book.
